Well, you need to go to fantasy island and talk to Paddy and exchange your shirt for a shiny stone. But I don't know if they fixed the problem with the npc on the english client.

I know a clan member ( non -russian ) that after he installed the russian client managed to make the shiny shirt.

As far as I know, it doesn't work on english client. For the russian option, you need 1 shirt ( eva,pa'agrio,maphr, sayha ) +7 , then go on Fantasy Island, to Paddy npc and exchange shirt +7 for a stone.

Ok, so when I try to talk with some of the npcs I take disconnect. I reinstaled the client, check client, did update, etc etc , and still get disconnects. Any idea what may cause this problem ?
