Compensation for the long holding of castle in the DCS

Dear players! Due to the problem of a raid server we ask you to contact us via technical support if you a KL of clan and were not able to get items for a long castle hold. Please, write your clan name, clan leader's nickname, how many times you held castle. The problem with the cast of several castles we'll be solved and the owner of castle will be clan, that owned it at the last moment before the appearance of the bug. We will reimburse to you all required items. We have done all necessary measures to prevent this situation in the future. We also will reimburse the reward for further castles holdings that you should receive.
