Can't start game

Hello all .. i am instaling server and when i press play , start the black icon of game coast and nothing more , the client dont start :((( how can i fix this , i want play :((( the window never show up , the launcher dont show me any error just nothing ... help!! :(

i have a friend with the same problem for 9 monts he"s trying to log in and the same problem..

but keep trying it never to late:D

Delete or reconfigure TuneUp Utilities.

Turn off AV, reload PC and game.
