Its not my Computer!

I disabled Everything reinstalled it 3 Times and the fact that multiple Other People have the same problem and no one get the help that they Need is showing me you guys dont realy Care about new players.

I realy want to play here but I asking for a working bin32 folder for two Days now to fix the problem.
