I have VISA with bank of scotland, im from Scotland. my payment was somehow decliend and i didnt receive anything from pipiload, but in my bank statement there is 30 USD paymentwall charge from your  *** give my  money back and ***.

Well, it is not working for me. pipiload does not accept my visa, and they dont DO PAYPAL at least at the moment. any other solution? or this is just waste of time?
