you should replace se to ee. It should act as recharger and auxiliary healer. SEs are for melee parties with stigma. Also if you still feel lack of heals, you can replace cat with another BP and have a cat as an out of party buffer (kick ee, invite cat, buff, kick cat, invite back ee).
