    no, not same as before

     

    pve/pvp/bless r99 weapon packs added

    blessed eternal armor packs added

    royal cards added

     

     

    and about the community, people that got bored because of no competition will cash out and leave, others will join, but they will need time to gear up

     

    the problem lies not in l2store, but in community - people give up too easily and quit, which is your default private server behaviour and i dont think this will change(at least EU community, russian community has some clans that are gearing up and showing up for pvp already, for example EGO clan, they got some heroes this month and not too shabby numbers)
