Egnlish version of the last update? When EU or NA translate their clients. 
But if you're reffering if you can play the game in english, you can.
You can play the game using this http://www.mediafire.com/file/by6j2dc85ujtz8m/Aion+6.5+Gamecoast+ENGLISH+PATCH.rar

All you have to do is to go to aion6\l10n\Rus\Data and delete the folder "strings" and the data.pak . And copy the ones from that English Patch instead.
Everything until 6.2 it's gonna be in english. Of course the new things that have been added in 6.5 and 6.7 it's gonna look with a '?'. But you can play the game, that's the main thing :D.
